What materials can you process?
We support carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminum alloy, galvanized sheet, copper alloy and other metal sheets with thicknesses ranging from 0.5-15 mm, and we can customize special materials, such as titanium alloy, according to your requirements. -
Does surface treatment affect the bending effect?
Pre-treatment (e.g. passivation, galvanization) may increase the hardness of the material, and the process parameters need to be adjusted when bending. Processes such as spraying, anodizing and others should be performed after bending to avoid film layer cracking. -
