Bending Method

We offer a wide range of bending methods. Each method must be selected based on material characteristics, geometric complexity, and batch size requirements, and optimized with the appropriate tooling and equipment parameters.

Die Bending

Die Bending uses dies and a press to plastically deform metal sheets by localized compression. It features high precision, fast efficiency, and reliance on custom dies, suitable for mass production of sheet metal parts (e.g., enclosures, brackets) with regular angles.
roll-bending-1

Roll Bending

This process uses three or more rolls for continuous rolling, progressively bending plate into a circular arc or cylinder. It specializes in long size curved surface forming (such as ventilation ducts, cylindrical tanks), and can handle metal coil longer than 10 meters thus suitable for continuous production of stainless steel and aluminum.
rotary-bending-1

Rotary Bending

A rotary mold dynamically adjusts the bending angle to realize complex curves or asymmetric bending. It is used for 3D space shaped parts processing (such as automobile exhaust pipes, art decorative parts) and precision molding of titanium alloy and other high-strength materials  effectively reducing tensile deformation.

Copper

Copper is widely valued in the electrical industry for its excellent electrical and thermal conductivity. These high-purity coppers are ideal for use in switchgear, transformers, motors, and power distribution components. Its excellent corrosion resistance, strength, and formability make it a trusted material in demanding electrical systems and energy infrastructure.

Advantages of Forming&Bending

Digital Control

Equipped with CNC controller to realize accurate digital control, reduce the deviation caused by manual operation and guarantee the consistency of products.

Fast Switching

Quickly changing the upper die (punch) and lower die combination enables complex geometries such as U-bends, V-bends, flanges, channels, multiple bending angles, and other complex geometries to meet diversified part requirements.

General Molds

Equipped with general-purpose molds, covering 70% of the regular needs and enabling rapid processing of commonly parts like brackets, rails, card slot, box corners and other products.

Cost-Effectiveness

The bending processutilizes cold-forming technology, requiring no heat applicationwhile maintaining low energy consumption. Compared to cutting method, it reduces processing costs by 10-30%.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • What materials can you process?

We support carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminum alloy, galvanized sheet, copper alloy and other metal sheets with thicknesses ranging from 0.5-15 mm, and we can customize special materials, such as titanium alloy, according to your requirements.
  • Does surface treatment affect the bending effect?

Pre-treatment (e.g. passivation, galvanization) may increase the hardness of the material, and the process parameters need to be adjusted when bending. Processes such as spraying, anodizing and others should be performed after bending to avoid film layer cracking.
  • Can you provide assembly service after bending?

  • What is Sheet Metal Prototype?
