LVMA CNC was established in 2018 as an integrated division focused on parts machining and export services. Our own factory, founded in 2004, contributes more than 20 years of experience in precision manufacturing.
LVMA CNC combines export operations with in-house production capabilities. Our manufacturing capacity covers CNC machining, injection molding, die casting, and stamping, supported by a wide range of established industrial processes. Our operations are governed by a structured quality management system and are ISO 9001 certified.
We process over 100 materials, including copper, steel, aluminum, zinc, and engineering plastics, and supply components for applications in automotive engineering, electrical systems, and furniture hardware.

Saudi Arabia remains the world's largest oil exporter, and its massive oil and gas infrastructure requires millions of precision aluminum components annually — from valve bodies and pump housings to heat exchanger fins and pipeline fittings. LVMA CNC supplies corrosion-resistant, high-tolerance aluminum machined parts that meet the rigorous demands of Saudi Aramco-affiliated projects and downstream petrochemical plants.
With Vision 2030 pushing for domestic vehicle manufacturing and a surge in EV adoption, the Kingdom's automotive sector is rapidly expanding. Aluminum transmission cases, cooler adapters, and structural brackets are in high demand for both assembly lines and aftermarket supply chains serving Riyadh, Jeddah, and Dammam automotive hubs.
Saudi Arabia's NEOM smart city project and its ambitious 50% renewable energy target by 2030 are creating enormous demand for precision aluminum enclosures, heat sinks, and mounting structures for solar panels, wind turbines, and smart grid equipment. Lightweight, thermally efficient aluminum parts are the material of choice for these next-generation energy systems.
The Kingdom's industrial cities — including KAEC, Jubail, and Yanbu — house thousands of manufacturing plants that rely on custom CNC aluminum parts for robotic arms, conveyor systems, and precision tooling. LVMA CNC's ability to deliver complex geometries with tight tolerances makes it a preferred supplier for Saudi industrial automation projects.
Saudi Arabia's construction boom — driven by giga-projects like NEOM, Qiddiya, and the Red Sea Project — demands high-quality aluminum profiles, curtain wall components, and structural connectors. Precision machined aluminum parts are widely used in facade systems, modular building structures, and MEP (mechanical, electrical, and plumbing) installations.
Saudi Arabia's growing defense industry and consumer electronics market require precision aluminum enclosures, heat dissipation modules, and structural frames. Custom CNC-machined aluminum keyboard cases, electronic housings, and communication device components are increasingly sourced from certified global manufacturers like LVMA CNC.
Saudi Arabia's Vision 2030 mandates a significant increase in local content for government and energy sector procurement. While this encourages domestic production, it also opens doors for certified international suppliers who can partner with local distributors and meet SASO (Saudi Standards, Metrology and Quality Organization) requirements. LVMA CNC's ISO certifications and rigorous quality standards position it as an ideal supply chain partner.
The integration of AI and IoT in CNC machining is transforming production efficiency. LVMA CNC's AI-powered production platform enables real-time process monitoring, predictive maintenance, and automated quality inspection — delivering consistent precision for Saudi clients who require zero-defect components for mission-critical applications.
Saudi Arabia's commitment to reducing carbon emissions aligns with the global shift toward sustainable manufacturing. Aluminum's 100% recyclability and lightweight properties make it the preferred material for eco-conscious projects. LVMA CNC's ISO 14001 certification and low-carbon production practices meet the environmental standards increasingly required by Saudi government and private sector clients.
Saudi industrial buyers are actively diversifying their supply chains away from single-source dependencies. LVMA CNC's capacity to handle over 5 million machined parts per year, combined with flexible MOQ policies and 99.9% on-time delivery, makes it a reliable alternative or complementary source for Saudi procurement teams seeking supply chain resilience.
As Saudi Arabia's manufacturing sector matures — particularly in aerospace, defense, and medical devices — tolerance requirements for machined parts are becoming increasingly stringent. LVMA CNC's CMM (Coordinate Measuring Machine) inspection capabilities and First Article Inspection Reports (per AS9102) ensure compliance with the most demanding dimensional specifications.
Saudi startups and R&D centers — especially in NEOM and the King Abdullah University of Science and Technology (KAUST) ecosystem — require fast prototyping of custom aluminum parts. LVMA CNC's no-MOQ policy and rapid iteration capabilities support innovation cycles from concept to production-ready components within days.
From Riyadh's industrial zones to Jeddah's export hubs and NEOM's futuristic infrastructure — LVMA CNC delivers precision aluminum machined parts that meet the highest quality, compliance, and performance standards required by Saudi Arabia's most demanding industries.
