1. How can I obtain a quotation?
Please send the design drawings through the website form or email. We have professional quotation engineers who will provide you with an accurate quotation within 24 hours.

3. Where will my parts be manufactured?
LVMA has factories in multiple locations in China, with the main factory located in Zhejiang, China. We will match the optimal factory from multiple dimensions such as process adaptation, equipment efficiency, and logistics costs based on your requirements for part materials and accuracy.
4. How do you conduct quality control?
Before each package is dispatched, your dedicated customer manager will take photos of the parts and upload them to you. Meanwhile, you can also learn about the quality of the product through the reports we provide.
5. How does LVMA handle customer disputes?
When customers make complaints, we will quickly create standardized complaint work orders, and the cross departmental special handling team will accurately locate the source of the problem, ensuring that problem diagnosis reports and customized solutions are submitted to customers within the specified time. But currently, no customers have used this process.
6. When can I receive the goods?
Normally, we will complete production within 3-4 weeks, but it may also be subject to customer order conditions. The product will be shipped to you through sea freight, air freight, express delivery, and other forms.
7. How does LVMA protect intellectual property?
LVMA always puts customer data security first. The website we establish uses legitimate encryption certificates, and the data transmitted within the website is protected using SHA-256 and RSA encryption algorithms to ensure the security of data transmission and storage processes. You can communicate with our account manager and sign a special confidentiality agreement (NDA) to legally protect your data confidentiality.
8. Can you deliver it to my address?
Our logistics network can reach all parts of the world, except for Antarctica and the Arctic.
9. What payment methods can I use
