Processing method

3-AXIS-MACHINING

3-axis machining

The cutting tool moves along the X, Y and Z axes. It is suitable for machining planes, simple curved surfaces or regular geometric bodies. Multiple clamping operations and angle adjustments may be required for more complex geometries.
5-Axis-Machining

5-axis machining

By adding two rotational axes (A and B axes) on the basis of X, Y, and Z axes, the angle between the tool and the workpiece can be continuously adjusted without multiple clamping operations or manual angle adjustment.

Advantages of CNC Milling

Precision Machining

CNC milling accuracy is achieved ±0.05mm, effortlessly handling complex parts (e.g., precision gears, electronic housings) with high precision.

Stable & Efficient

The computer-controlled machining process ensures consistent dimensions and shape, whether producing 1 part or 1000 parts.

Custom Complex Shapes

CNC milling can precisely craft intricate features(e.g., curved surfaces, hollow patterns and micro-grooves)for applications ranging from artistic engravings to medical-device components.

Multi-Tool Flexibility

CNC mills equipped with automatic tool-changing—such as switching between drilling and finishing tools—can carry out multi-step operations seamlessly without downtime, thereby boosting overall efficiency.
